The Fox Valley Philharmonic is a regularly performing community orchestra also affiliated with The Academy. Bringing together talented adult and college musicians from the Fox Valley and surrounding communities, this ensemble seeks to enhance the cultural landscape of the region through professional level performances of the great masterworks. String, woodwind, brass and percussion musicians are invited to audition for a position in the Fox Valley Philharmonic. Auditions are scheduled in ten minute increments and include selections chosen by the auditioning musician. Selections may include etudes or excerpts from the concerto repertoire.
